Junior SwimmerDevelopmental swimmer Developmental

Ages 5-10.
Purpose: For young swimmers who may compete in USA Swimming sanctioned meets. Emphasis is on developing perfect strokes andturns while having lots of fun.

Goals: to qualify for Age Group Championships or Regional Championships.

 

Junior Swimmer Age Grouper Age Grouper

Ages: 8-13.
Purpose: For young swimmers to refine skills and acquire more conditioning of young muscles. Prepare swimmers for swimming at the next level while having fun.

Goals: to qualify for Age Group Championships or Regional Championships.

 

Junior SwimmerJunior

Ages: 12-18.
Purpose: For swimmers who have the skills and motivation to compete and train in a program that meets his/her individual needs and goals. Practice sessions will include technique, racing skills, and aerobic development.

Goals: to qualify for Northeast Sectionals, New England Seniors, Age Group Championships, or Regional Championships.

Patrick Senior Swimmer Seniors

Ages 13-21.
Purpose: For swimmers who have the skills and desire to swim at a national level. Strength and mental training become extremely important as emphasis is put on training, nutrition, sport physiology and psychology. Special attention is given to juniors and seniors in high school towards their college search.

Goals: To qualify for Olympic Trials, U.S. Nationals, U.S. Open, Junior Nationals, Northeast Sectionals, or New England Seniors and to gain entry into top academic and athletic colleges and universities.

High School

Ages 14-18.
Purpose: For swimmers who would like to "stay in shape" either before or after their high school swim season. The program focuses on the benefits of a year-round program.

Goals: to compete in a USS meet and qualify for Northeast Sectionals, New England Seniors or Regional Championships.
