Suggested Brunch Menu
This menu is only a guide. Feel free to add or make it special in your own way. Also be sure to split the items up with your partner. Plan on being at the Kingsbury Club around 9:30 to prepare and set up. You set up right on the pool deck using some of the tables that are provided. Plates, napkins, plastic utensils, tableclothes, etc. are in a blue storage container in the grey unit that is located on deck. Please pre-pour drinks for the swimmers. Clean up takes about 15 minutes and you take home anything that is left over. Thank you!
- 30 Large Bagels - primarily plain
- Toppings - cream cheese, butter, peanut butter (not too big of containers)
- 24 Large Muffins - BJ's
- 12 LargeCinnamon Rolls - BJ's
- 12 Hard Boiled Eggs Peeled
- 1 Tub of Strawberry Yogurt (quart size)
- 1 Tub of Vanilla Yogurt
- Granola, Blueberries and Strawberries to put in yogurt
- Bananas (6 to 8)
- Apples
- Fruit Salad (honey dew, cantalope, pineapple,grapes)
- Trail Mix
- Drinks--(about 3 to 4 gallon jugs)
- Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Sunny D, Water, Gatorade
