KINGFISH MAKE STRONG SHOWING AT 2006 NEW ENGLAND CHAMPIONSHIPS

At the 2006 LCM Championships at Harvard Blodgett Pool this July there was a strong showing by the entire team. Many team records were broken. Some of the highlights are:

10 AND UNDERS:
• 8th overall in New England in 200 Freestyle Relay (Barry, Burgess, Goldberg, O’Sullivan)
• 13th overall in New England in 400 Freestyle Relay (Barry, Burgess, Goldberg, O’Sullivan)
• 10th overall in New England in 200 Medley Relay (Barry, Burgess, Coghlan, O’Sullivan)
• Maggie Barry placed 19th in 50 Fly and 28th in 50 Free in first visit to championships!

12 AND UNDERS:
• 14th overall in NewEngland in 400 Freestyle Relay ( Campbell, Goldberg, Librett, Rader)
• 12th overall in 100 Back Krista Librette (Shelby Rader took 22cnd)
• 13th overall in 50 Back – Krista Librette (Shelby Rader took 18th)

At the LCM Open Championships at MIT the following week, our Juniors and Seniors also had an impressive outing:

• 15th overall Mens 400 Free Relay ( Madigan, Keane, Su, Husted)
• 20th overall Womens 400 Free Relay (Roth, Rader, Perry, Buckley)
• Strong showing by Clarke Madigan:
  • 8TH place 100 back
  • 7th place 200 back
  • 15th place 1500 free
