Sauchuk Farm Tomorrow 330-530

Just a confirmation that tomorrows team activity will take place at Sauchuk Farm in Plympton from 330-530.  This will take place of practice for all levels except seniors who will meet back at the club afterwards for practice with Coach Craft.

All levels are invited as well as siblings and families.  There is a $10 admission per person and that can be given to Coach Lauren in the lot outside prior to going in.

Nice weather is predicted so we are looking forward to a fun afternoon!

Any questions feel free to email or call me.

Corn Maze is a GO!

So the corn maze is a go!  I received an enormous response and Sauchuk Farm in Plympton has been reserved for our team on this coming Monday the 26th from 330-530.

This will be a team event that will take place instead of practice.  Please bring $10 per person attending to the farm and Coach Lauren Brown will collect your money prior to anyone in your family going in.  She will be in the parking lot so just scout her out when you get there.  You can drop off your child if you want but please make sure you are back no later than 515 for pickup as the farm will be closing promptly at 530.

They will have drinks and such that can be purchased separately if you want to give your child extra money.

This  event will be open to all levels both comp and rec and if you haven’t emailed me but decide to go you may do so.  Just show up on Monday with your admission and have fun!

Any questions feel free to email me.

Thanks,

Lynn

Corn Maze Monday

So an opportunity for a team event has come about rather quickly and wanted to put it out there to see how much/quick of a response I could get.

Sauchuk Farm in Plympton has offered to close the farm for us again on this coming Monday the 26th from 330-530p so that we could visit as a team in place of practice.

The cost would be the same as it was 2 years ago, $9.95 per person and it would include the maze, hayride, jumping pillows, cow train etc. and everyone gets a pumpkin!

I need to get a rough head count by end of day today however, as we need to confirm at least 50 people with them or it won’t be a go.

This team event would be open to all levels both comp and rec and it is super fun!  Reply to my email ONLY if you WILL BE attending and how many people will be going.

Thanks,

Lynn

No practice Friday

Just a reminder there is NO practice for any groups tomorrow nite as we have the meet in Quincy.

Quincy Meet

So there have been a few questions about warmup times/what ages/what times/ for this weekends meet so I wanted to see if I could make it easier and clarify for everyone.

The attachment on the email will show IF your swimmer IS swimming and WHAT events/numbers they will be swimming.  The link to follow will tell you all warmup times as well as WHEN your swimmer is swimming and the order of events.

December Buffalo Travel Trip

Hello All,

Coach Craft has set up our winter travel trip which will have us flying to Buffalo, NY.

His plan is to leave on the afternoon of December 10th and come back on the eve of December 13th. We will be staying in downtown Buffalo so that the Flickinger Aquatic Center is close by.

Deposits to cover airfare will be due this Friday the 9th.  Checks can be left in my folder at the club made out to Kingfish Swimming in the amount of $250.00.

More details to follow however, travel at that time of year has so much volatility  I need to lock in rates and book.

This travel trip is open to swimmers of all ages however, if your swimmer is under the age of 13 they will have to travel and stay with parents while on the trip.

Any questions please call or email me.

Thanks,

Lynn
