SWIM MANAGER SIGN UP

Hello Team, GREAT NEWS!!!!

Please follow the link below to sign your swimmer up for our new Online Meet Entry and Communications Program.  SWIM MANAGER is being implemented this season and will allow your swim coaches to better communicate with you when meets are occurring, which events your swimmer will be eligible for, and how they are progressing in skill throughout the season.

This is the system our team has decided to move towards and when fully implemented it will make all aspects of billing, meet entry, communication, etc far easier for everyone and we are all excited for the transition!   Additionally, this will eliminate multiple veins of communication for all sites……….one system will communicate all information to all swimmers and families!

Hytek/Swim Manager is helping us keep track as they can monitor our database as swimmers register so
please register as quickly as possible so our transition can be seamless and be as beneficial to the team as possible!

If you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to contact me via email or by cell.

No practices 9/25; Need Volunteers

 Just a few reminders……………….

We have our first dual meet of the season in Kingston a week from Sunday, September 25th.  Due to the meet there will be no practices held that day.

Speaking of the meet…………… we are going to need at least 14 timers for day of.  If you could email me and let me know you are willing to help out I would appreciate it.  In addition to timers I would appreciate it if someone could run the concession stand for the team.  I just need a signup genius setup (actually we may be able to use/recycle the one we used in August) so that parents can start donating items this week.    Super easy gig but if we plan right we may be able to get a few bucks back to the team.

Any questions please call me at  774-766-9063 or email me.
