Wesleyan Meet Warmup Updates/Timer Assignments

Please find the list of timers assigned for each session of the Wesleyan meet this weekend.

They are requiring us to provide 1 for each session however, I have assigned 2 for each so you can “job share” and the responsibility isn’t just on 1 parent.

Please note we are the only location attending Wesleyan this weekend and we are obligated to provide timers for each session. If you cannot fulfill your time slot, PLEASE FIND ANOTHER KING PARENT TO FILL IN FOR YOU!! OUR TEAM IS FINED IF WE DO NOT FULFILL OUR REQUIREMENT!

The Pool is CLOSED, NO PRACTICE

The pool is CLOSED this morning (Sunday June 11) due to a filter problem therefore NO practices will be held for ANY REC OR AGE GROUP swimmers.

Bubble is Down

Well we have SUCCESS!!!

The bubble will be down and pool will be ready for practice tomorrow afternoon! Juniors, Seniors, Rec will all be able to hold practice and then all groups scheduled for Friday will be practice as usual.

TIming Assignments This weekend

TIMING REQUIREMENTS THIS WEEKEND

We have been given our assignments for the meet this weekend for timing.

I am putting it out there looking for volunteers and I do need immediate responses so I can provide Coach Craft with our list (Medfield and RI will give him theirs)

We need 3 timers Friday nite

We need 2 Sunday Am

We need 2 Sunday mid

We need 2 Sunday pm.

None are needed on Saturday at all. Please email me back with your preference asap so that I don’t have to do any assigning.

Warwick meet day preference

If your swimmer plans on swimming at the Warwick meet 5/26-28 please provide Coach Craft with a preferred day for that weekend and your swimmer will be entered on that day only!

Our immediate response is required so please let Coach know no later than tomorrow, 5/4 by 5pm . If he does not hear from you all competitive swimmers will be entered into the meet and he will pick the day.

RESPONSE NEEDED! Changes to Beverly Meet………

Our team has been bumped from the Beverly meet 6/3-6/4 but we have been invited to participate in a meet at Warwick 5/26-28.

Our immediate response is required so please let Coach know no later than this Thursday 5/4 if your competitive swimmer CANNOT participate! If he does not hear from you all competitive swimmers will be entered into the meet. If you have a rec swimmer that would like to participate in this particular meet you will have to contact Coach as well to let him know to get your swimmer entered.

SEVERAL CHANGES PLEASE READ!

There have been several changes made to the meet this Sunday so please read!

SESSIONS ARE NOW COMBINED!

All 12 u swimmers are REQUIRED to be at pool by 8:15 for warmups and 13 overs need to be on deck by 8:30 for your warmup!

Attached is a projected timeline.

Parents please make sure to only park in the lot at the far end of the athletic fields!
