LAST CHANCE………………….

All suits, parkas, towels, have been posted to everyones accounts and will be billed in the next few days.  I still have quite a few items here at my house so please make arrangements to come and pick them up at your earliest convenience.  Warmup jackets are the last things to come in and they should be ready next week.  I will send an email once I have them.

Fall rec will be finishing up Tuesday, November 24th which is a few days before Thanksgiving.  Winter rec will start up Tuesday December 1st and run through end of February.  Registration is live for winter rec now and the schedule and pool will stay the same so feel free to get your swimmer registered as spots are already filling up quick.  Please keep in mind if you plan for your child to swim winter they have to be registered again for that session unless you already did it, it is not automatic from season to season.

Our team store will be closing down a week from today as they need the lead time to process all holiday orders.    That being said, anyone that wants to order a team towel or backpack from me needs to let me know no later than Wednesday of the coming week so I can get them over to Rockland Athletics. I have about 15 of the new towels left and they are beautiful!  You can check out a full pic of them on Rocklands website and the price includes the Kingfish logo on one end and the swimmers name embroidered on the other end!  Awesome holiday/bday gifts!  Same holds true for team backpacks.  I have about 10 of them left and not sure if I will be receiving my next order before the holidays so if you don’t have one yet they make great holiday gifts and can be stuffed with other small items as well.  If anyone is interested in these things as well as kickboards (navy or red) and mesh bags navy or red) just let me know and I will get them onto your account.  

I also have a limited number of suits in certain sizes that I ordered extra.  If you didn’t order your swimmer a team suit and have decided that you want one or things have changed and they have decided to compete, please let me know so that I can size them and get the suit to you.

Just a confirmation that tomorrows team activity will take place at Sauchuk Farm in Plympton from 330-530.  This will take place of practice for all levels except seniors who will meet back at the club afterwards for practice with Coach Craft.

All levels are invited as well as siblings and families.  There is a $10 admission per person and that can be given to Coach Lauren in the lot outside prior to going in.

Nice weather is predicted so we are looking forward to a fun afternoon!

Just a reminder there is NO practice for any groups tomorrow nite as we have the meet in Quincy.

So there have been a few questions about warmup times/what ages/what times/ for this weekends meet so I wanted to see if I could make it easier and clarify for everyone.

The attachment on the email will show IF your swimmer IS swimming and WHAT events/numbers they will be swimming.  The link to follow will tell you all warmup times as well as WHEN your swimmer is swimming and the order of events.

Also, Coach Craft wants to give families of 12u swimmers another chance at registering for the Buffalo Travel Trip.  If you are interested please let me know no later than 5p on Sunday.

So for the meet this coming Sunday at Kingsbury we still need timers!!!!

I am in need of 16 timers and I only have 9 signed up!  Additionally, I need  a starter, place judge, a runner, and our illustrious officials!  I could also use a few various parents that can stand in if neededl!

Please volunteer!  Its a super easy job and I have the best of the best, Marty Morrissey, running the timers meeting to get you up to speed if you have never done it before, feel nervous, need some coaching, need a push, need the moral support to get on deck and have fun with the kids……………he’s the guy!

Please let me know via email that you’re in!!!!!  Honestly, pretty much everyone has signed off on the fact they would volunteer when they registered so now is your shining moment! 🙂
