Every year at the beginning of the season the coaches like to hold an informational meeting for all the swimmers parents.
These meetings don’t run very long however, they are packed with information regarding your swimmers upcoming season, how practices are run, meet schedule, etc and allows everyone to get any questions answered that they may have.
We request that every swimmer (USS and REC) have at least one parent representing them at the meetings. These are open to all swimmers parents new and returning and will be held at the Kingsbury Club. I will send another email out tomorrow once we firm up location inside club but see below for the date/time of your swimmers group meeting.
Sunday October 21st
Junior Meeting 8:30-9a
Senior Meeting 9-9:30a
Wednesday October 24th
Developmental Meeting 5-5:30p
Age Grouper Meeting 5:30-6p
Sunday October 28th
Rec 9-9:30a

Come have fun again this year with all your teammates at Sauchuk Farm. We will have access to the Corn Maze, Jumping Pillows and Pad, Pig Race Show, Zip Lines, Rat Rollers, Cow Train Rides, Barnyard Ball Zone, Duck Races, Tug O’ War, Corn Hole Games, Corn Box, and Grain Train Ride.
Sauchuk will be open only to Kingfish from 4 pm to 6 pm on Monday October 22nd. The cost is $10.95 per person, payable that day at the farm. In order to get this rate we need to guarantee 60 people so please RSVP by this Wednesday to Suzanne Ruminer at suzru@hotmail.com with your name and head count for your family. Everyone is welcome so bring along your siblings, friends, and neighbors! There will be pumpkins and limited snacks for purchase.
This super fun team event will take the place of Dev, Age Grouper, and Junior practice that day.
Please note that this is NOT a drop-off event. Sauchuk Farm requires adult supervision for each child and the coaches cannot be responsible for watching kids.

Hello everybody
An adjustment has been made to the meet this Saturday by combining both sessions. Warmup will start at 8a so all swimmers should be on deck no later than 7:45 am, the meet should conclude by 1 pm.
Attached is a timeline with the revised event order, and heat sheet.

Just an FYI that the meet on January 5/6 2019 that was supposed to take place at Brown in RI will now be taking place at MIT in Boston.
It has been updated on our meet schedule.

This afternoon, thanks to Elizabeth Sanmarco, rosters and contact info were sent out to all families. Elizabeth graciously helps me out each fall in putting these together so that all our families (new and returning) have their points of contact/important information on all the swimmers in the group their children are involved with. If you have any corrections, changes, comments, or you know someone that may not have received a copy please let us know . Otherwise, swim fast and happy short course 18/19!

Please note amended warmup/session start times in attachments below for this weekends meet on Saturday 9 /29 at RWU. The meet is SATURDAY NOT SUNDAY as mentioned in some of the packet.
Please make sure to have your swimmer on deck at least 15 minutes prior to FIRST WARMUP! This means am (12u swimmers) need to be on deck no later than 7:45am!!! Afternoon swimmers (13+) need to be on deck by 12:15pm!!! Amended warmup/Session start times are as follows
AM: Warm-up 8-8:40, 8:50am Start (swimmers on deck by 7:45a)
PM: Warm-up 12:30 – 1:10, 1:20pm Start (swimmers on deck by 12:15p)
The coaching staff NEEDS this time to assess the swimmers that will be participating and to get our scratches in. PLEASE DO NOT deviate from this requirement to avoid any confusion.
Additionally, our entry for the meet can still be found below as well as all pertinent information in the below link regarding warmups, parking, etc.

We have a meet at Mass Maritime November 16-18 however, it was originally listed as just the 16th and 17th. If you have already sent your swimmers conflicts to Coach Craft could you please send again including the 18th so there is no confusion.
