The start times have changed a bit in the afternoon.  There will be access to the gym and kids will be allowed to have chairs in that area.  They ask that swimmers and teams be aware of  keeping the gym clean.   They are also asking everyone not to hang out in the hallways during the meet.

Please note morning session swimmers should be ON DECK ready for warmup by 8:15a.

Afternoon session swimmers should be ON DECK ready for warmup by 2:45p.

Regardless of the warmup times posted all swimmers need to be on deck 15 minutes prior to warmup (t必利勁
imes above) so coaches can have ample time to do scratches, etc.

Last Call……..

Weymouth Waves will be hosting a 12u meet on Friday December 1st in Weymouth at the Weymouth Club from 4-6p.The meet is open to ALL our 12 u and everyone is encouraged to attend.

Coach Craft needs to know if your swimmer will be participating no later than this Wednesday 11/15 at noon so he can submit our entry.

I was at the club on Friday delivering suits and apparel that came in and I have alot of items still that were not picked up.

If you ordered things email or call me and let me know when you want to come by and I’ll leave them on my back deck for you.

I will be loading everything into accounts this week and billing for all apparel with the card on file unless you have set something up with me otherwise.

I will be at the Kingsbury Club this coming Friday October 10th from 4-530 pm to deliver all apparel that has come in.

I plan on setting up in the front lobby where I typically go so you can send your swimmer by or parents can come and do pickups if it doesn’t happen to be one of your scheduled days.

If you are not able to make it, be in touch with me and we can set up for you to pick up on my back deck at your convenience.   Once everything is picked up it will be billed to your account and charged to the card on file unless you have given me a check as payment.

I’ve just been notified the bubble is up and we will be able to hold practices this afternoon!

So at this point we are still waiting to hear if the bubble will be inflated by this afternoon in time for practice.   
Kingsbury Club staff have been keeping us in the loop but they are waiting for a part and not sure if it will arrive in time.

We have been notified by the club that the locker rooms are finally complete! 

That being said the club has requested that our swimmers take their belongings (backpacks, mesh bags, etc) out on deck with them.    They have informed us there is not enough space or lockers to accomodate everyones belongings as well as combinations not being set yet so please follow through on this with your swimmers.

We will be holding parent meetings tomorrow, Monday October 16th at the Kingsbury Club in the studio across from the front desk.

All parents are encouraged to attend!

Junior Parents will be at 530pm
Dev and AG parents will be at 6pm (rec parents can attend this meeting)
Senior parents will be at 7pm

Attached please find the entry for this weekends meet at RWU.  

There has been a last minute change made.  Saturday is going to be a combined session so EVERYONE is in the morning with warmups starting at 7:30a and meet finishing up around 11:30a. 
 If this change effects your original plan Coach Craft will NOT have you incur the financial penalty of a meet fee as long as he is notified by you NO LATER than tomorrow (Thursday) at 8pm.
